Shortly after Americans for Constitutional Liberty sent Donald Trump petitions asking him to personally confirm his opposition to the Death Tax, Trump is expected to make that announcement today.
Trump's campaign website has included repeal of the Death Tax as one of his goals, but Trump has repeatedly said that such positions were merely suggestions and that he was flexible on them. Today's statement, coming directly from the candidate, may indicate a stronger committment to repeal.
The Conservative Caucus is a public policy organization, contributions to which are not tax deductible. The IRS has determined TCC to be a 501(c)(4) organization, exempt from Federal income tax. TCC can receive corporate donations.
