The Conservative Caucus (TCC) released today the list of Illinois congressional candidates in the March 17 primary who are supporting the Cruz-Rooney amendment to impose term limits on members of Congress. The amendment (SJ Res 1 and HJ Res 20) would limit members of the House to three terms and senators to two terms.

The Conservative Caucus supports congressional term limits as a means ending the control of Congress by professional politicians and returning to the citizens’ Congress envisioned by the Founders.
The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974. It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh.
The Conservative Caucus is a public policy organization, contributions to which are not tax deductible. The IRS has determined TCC to be a 501(c)(4) organization, exempt from Federal income tax. TCC can receive corporate donations.
