Senator Susan Collins of Maine, who was a key swing vote in the Democrats’ fight to take down now-Justice Kavanaugh, details harrowing death threats along with envelopes containing poisonous powder which she received as a consequence of her support for Justice Kavanaugh.
“There was an envelope that arrived a few days after the ricin envelope and letter that had white powder in it,” Collins recounted. “My husband and our dog, parts of our house had to be quarantined.”
