Illegal Alien Crime Update

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States.  The stories below give some recent examples.


Los Angeles police refused to honor an ICE detainer and released an illegal alien.  Days later, he murdered his girlfriend in front of their 3-year old daughter.  He then committed suicide, making it impossible for Los Angeles to give him further protection from ICE.

An illegal alien from Turkey, convicted of multiple crimes and placed on the ICE Most-Wanted List, was captured after a two-year hunt and is likely to spend time in prison before being deported.

An illegal alien convicted of murder in Oregon, after serving his prison term, was deported by ICE just before President-elect Biden would be sworn in and have the chance to implement his no-deportation promise.

ICE arrested an illegal alien in Arizona on suspicion of sexual exploitation of children.

The top leadership of MS-13 has been indicted on charges of terrorism.  A statement by the US Attorney General described MS-13 as a “criminal organization that utilized terror to impose their will on neighborhood businesses and innocent civilians across the United States and Central America.”

The Conservative Caucus is a grassroots public policy action organization, formed in 1974.  It was active in defeating the SALT II Treaty, repealing the Catastrophic Coverage Act, blocking the Clinton health-care takeover, securing the impeachment of President Clinton by the House of Representatives, stopping amnesty for illegal aliens, persuading the House of Representatives to sue President Obama regarding ObamaCare, and promoting the confirmation of Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.
TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.
