Illegal Alien Crime Update

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States.  The stories below give some recent examples.

ICE arrested 19 illegal aliens in Massachusetts for drug-related crimes, including heroin and cocaine.  Some already have drug convictions on their record, and one had been convicted of firearms offenses. According to ICE, many of those arrested could have been taken into Federal custody earlier, while being held in Massachusetts jails, but were instead released with any notification to ICE>

Convicted sex-offender Felix Canales-Padilla was arrested by the Border Patrol while attempting to reenter the United States.  He had been deported twice previously and each time managed to return through the porous border.  This time, encountering President’s Trump’s beefed-up border security, he did not make it.

Montgomery County, Maryland, one of the nation’s most liberal and politically correct counties, has been compelled to modify its sanctuary county policies after nine illegal aliens were arrested for sex crimes in just two months.  ICE will now be allowed to pick up illegals from the county jail, while still being banned from some other county facilities.
