Republican leaders in the Senate are ready to allow a vote on the confirmation of Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch despite her publicly avowed support for Obama's attack on the Constitution. However, Democrats may continue to block the vote by refusing to give up their filibuster of an anti-sex trafficking bill.
