The "experts" said Federal judges would refuse to allow the House to sue the President over violations of the law and the Constitution, but Judge Rosemary Collyer ruled yesterday that the lawsuit is proper and that the case may proceed to trial. Obama will now have to defend his illegal actions in open court.
