Senator Cory Booker, along with other Democrats, declared judicial vacancies that were 52 percent lower than they are now a “vacancy crisis,” when Democrat President Barack Obama was President. Now, Democrats are responsible for the very same “obstruction” they accused Republicans of under Obama.
“Today, 126 positions on the U.S. District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals are vacant. In fact, we’re in the longest period of triple-digit vacancies in 25 years,” The Daily Signal reports. Trump and Conservatives have urged Congress to use the Congressional lame-duck period to confirm judges.
