Democrats used a tax on insurance policies, delayed until 2018, to make their claim that ObamaCare would reduce the deficit. Now that 2018 is getting close, many are ready to repeal the tax, which is what shrewd observers always expected would happen once the "tax" had served its propaganda purpose.
