New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is vowing to work with other governors to stop a COVID-19 vaccine created under the Trump administration “before it does damage,” despite a study that showed the vaccine to be more than 90% effective in stopping the virus.
“When you deny a problem the way Trump did. You can never solve it. And that’s true in life,” Cuomo said.
