Corker Helped Obama, Now Opposes Iran Deal

Sen. Bob Corker authored the legislation that makes it nearly impossible for Congress to prevent Obama's Iran deal from going into effect.  Now Corker says Congress needs to defeat it.  Unfortunately, he has already stacked the deck in Obama's favor, requiring a 2/3 vote in each house to defeat the agreement.  Had Congress insisted on handling the agreement as a treaty, Obamaq would need 2/3 approval in the Senate, which he could not get.  Is it possible that Corker's legislation was intended to allow Senators like Corker to vote against the deal without stopping it?
