The Republican-controlled Congress surrendered on amnesty, has not yet repealed ObamaCare or the Death Tax, and has not cut Federal spending. However, they did block reauthorization of the Export-Import Bank, one of the most outrageous forms of corporate welfare.

The Conservative Caucus is a public policy organization, contributions to which are not tax deductible. The IRS has determined TCC to be a 501(c)(4) organization, exempt from Federal income tax. TCC can receive corporate donations.
