The Export-Import Bank will cease its lending operations at midnight, after conservatives in Congress prevented reauthorization. This form of corporate welfare will end. However, Democrats and some Republicans are determined to restore taxpayer support for companies such as Boeing and GE. They will be watching for legislative opportunities this summer and fall.

The Conservative Caucus is a public policy organization, contributions to which are not tax deductible. The IRS has determined TCC to be a 501(c)(4) organization, exempt from Federal income tax. TCC can receive corporate donations.
