Illegal Alien Crime Update

Despite denial by open borders advocates, illegal aliens add to the crime problem in the United States.  The stories below give some recent examples.

Albuquerque is in legal trouble for its sanctuary policy.  After an illegal alien who was being protected by the city from deportation was arrested for murdering a woman, her husband filed a lawsuit against the city.

An illegal alien in California, after serving a prison sentence for murder and torture, was released despite a request from ICE that he be turned over for deportation.

ICE arrested two convicted sex offenders in California and has placed them in deportation proceedings.

TCC supports increased border security and the passage of Federal legislation to punish sanctuary jurisdictions by cutting off Federal aid.
