“Donnitta Sinclair Martin, the mother of Horace Lorenzo Anderson, Jr., a 19-year-old black man who was shot and killed in the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest, or CHOP, is suing the city of Seattle,” the Daily Wire reports.
Protestors at “CHOP” blocked emergency vehicles from entering the site after Anderson and another 33-year-old male were shot multiple times.
