On a recent episode of Daily Signal’s podcast, Congressman Jim Hagedorn of Minnesota sat down to discuss the dangers of the Leftist plan for single-payer healthcare. Drawing on his own experience with the healthcare system after being diagnosed with kidney cancer, Hagedorn warned that Medicare-for-all would “degrade” the high-quality healthcare Americans can now enjoy.
“And what the Democrats offer with the Medicare for All in the public option is going to destroy the quality of medicine that we have,” he explained. “And [it] is going to, unfortunately, hurt people and curtail people’s lives down the road.”
