“A five-day operation conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in New Jersey has taken into custody 105 foreign nationals who were in the U.S. illegally,” The Daily Wire reports. Included in the arrests were wanted criminals, child abusers, and at least one member of the notorious MS-13 gang. This was accomplished even though the New Jersey Attorney General ordered state law enforcement personnel to refuse cooperation.
After considerable infractions on US border security, President Trump has revived calls for Congress to provide the necessary funding for a border wall. But Democrats have pledged a government shutdown rather than work with the President on border security.
